Position Overview
We’re looking for Budtenders to join our team for closing shifts and weekend availability. This role is essential to keeping our store running smoothly during our busiest times. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys helping customers, and is excited about cannabis education.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers while providing knowledgeable product recommendations
- Handle sales transactions efficiently and accurately
- Maintain compliance with Washington State cannabis regulations
- Restock, clean, and organize displays/cases throughout your shift
- Support closing responsibilities, including cash handling, cleaning, and securing the store
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure every guest leaves happy
Requirements
- Must be 21+ and able to obtain/maintain a Washington State MAST permit and/or cannabis worker permit
- Weekend availability and closing shift reliability are required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (cannabis experience a plus but not required)
