My experience here was excellent. The store itself is beautifully designed and feels far more elevated than many dispensaries. With the elegant lighting, organized displays, and clean layout, the space almost has the atmosphere of a boutique rather than a typical warehouse-style shop.
What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. The staff member assisting me went above and beyond to make sure I received the best value. She kindly explained that if I placed my order online instead of purchasing directly in-store, the price would be significantly lower. The item I originally came in for was around $30 in-store but only $12 online, which I truly appreciated her being transparent about. That level of honesty and customer care goes a long way.
They also offer impressive deals, including 50% off shelf promotions and additional online pricing, industry discounts, and other special offers that make it worth checking their website before purchasing.
Because of the welcoming atmosphere and thoughtful service, this is absolutely a place I would recommend to visitors exploring the area. As someone who curates experiences through Bespoke Concierge, this is the kind of location I would confidently show to guests from out of town who are interested in cannabis culture in Washington.
